Kenneth J. Beals

Kenneth Junior Beals , 73, of Oak Hill, WV went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 10, 2007. Born November 13, 1934 at Page, WV he was the son of the late Abe and Bertha Ina Kiser Beals. He was a retired coal miner. Mr. Beals was a member of the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Lochgelly, WV and was a US Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by his two brothers, David Beals and Martin Van Buren Beals and two sisters, Ina Garrett and Gladys Blake. Survivors include wife, Elizabeth Higginbotham Beals; two sons, Kenny Beals and wife, Angela of South Carolina and James Eads; three daughters, Patty Brown and husband, Scott of Ohio, Lisa Harrah of Oak Hill and Joyce Dooley and husband, William of Oak Hill and four sisters, Edna Kincaid of Oak Hill, Evelyn Abbott of Oak Hill, Elsie Taylor of Wriston and Odella Pennington of Beards Fork. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Services will be on Friday, December 14, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Winston O'Neal officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV with military graveside rites by VFW Post #3110, Oak Hill. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Thursday, December 13, 2007 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
