Kathy Lynn Treadway , 46, of Rt 2 Fayetteville, WV died on Monday, January 31, 2011 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV. Born October 27, 1964 at Cleveland, OH she was the daughter of Virginia Helen Huff Cavallini of Oak Hill, WV and the late Donald Lee Treadway. She was a homemaker. In addition to her mother, Kathy is survived by two sons, Jason Treadway of Oak Hill and Dennis Treadway of Oak Hill, a daughter, Jessica Richmond of Oak Hill, two brothers, Kevin Treadway of Beckley and Donald Treadway of Fayetteville and a granddaughter, McKaly Treadway of Oak Hill.
