Kathryn Lea Piotrowski
Kathryn Lea Wood Piotrowski, 71, of Hico passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Summersville Regional Medical Center in Summersville, WV.
Born October 22, 1952 in Charleston, WV she was the daughter of the late Archie Francis and Jewell Marie Sexton Wood.
Kathryn worked as an accountant for BP Industries, a member of the Refuge Baptist Church on Sunday Road in Hico and in her leisure she enjoyed reading, sewing, chatting with friends on the internet, and especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
Along with her parents she is also preceded in death by her brother, John Wood.
Those left to cherish her wonderful memory including her loving husband, Charles "Bob" Piotrowski; daughter, Grace Elizabeth Piotrowski; and brother, Kenneth Wood of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Refuge Baptist Church 3738 Sunday Road Hico WV, 25854 with Pastor Jeremy Witter officiating. Burial will follow at Cliffty Cemetery in Hico.
Visitation for friends will be one hour prior to service at the church.
