Kara Lea Boggess Cox, 47, of Oak Hill, WV died on Sunday, January 11, 2004 at Veterans Administration Hospital in Beckley, WV following a long illness. Born February 10, 1956 at Charleston, WV she was the daughter of Earl and Edna Schoolcraft Boggess of Page, WV. Mrs. Cox was Office Manager for Dr. John W. Janney of Oak Hill, attended the Page Baptist Church and was formerly a member of the Rainbow Girls in Oak Hill. She was a US Army veteran. Survivors include husband, John R. Cox daughter, Pamela Cox of Oak Hill brother, Michael Boggess of Lexington, KY sister, Pamela Sue Ayers of Hansford granddaughter, Kailey Cox of Oak Hill Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Wednesday, January 14, 2004, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Services will be on Thursday, January 15, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Delmas Wolfe officiating. Burial will be at Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens, Glasgow WV.
