Julius Ray Stover , 67, of Oak Hill, WV died on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at his home.
Born October 23, 1949 at Scarbro, WV he was the son of the late Herbert and Voneda Stover Romine.
Although he was deaf, Julius was still able to make himself understood. He grew up in Minden and loved to hunt and fish.
Survivors include his caretakers, Sharon and Wayne Conner along with caregivers, Sandra Smith and Trevor Smith
Graveside rites and committal will be on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 12:15 P.M. at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Oak Hill with Pastor Jim Keaton officiating. Burial will follow.
Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Monday, March 20, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 P.M.
