Julia Zemonek Lokant

Julia Zemonek Lokant, 86, of Oceana, WV died on Sunday, June 20, 2004 at her home. Born June 14, 1918 in Pennsylvania she was the daughter of the late Blaise and Alice Kamalski Zemonek. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Lokant was an avid artist and loved the outdoors while working with her flowers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fredrick William Lokant; brothers, Ted, Frank and Tommy Zemonek; sisters, Sally Stovnik and Helen Goodson.. Survivors include brother, Walter Zemonek of Oak Hill; special nephew, Raymond Lokant and wife, Joyce, of Oak Hill; and by several other nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Thursday, June 24, 2004 from 1:00 and 2:00 pm. Services will be on Thursday, June 24, 2004, at 2:00 pm at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Pete Lokant officiating. Entombment will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV.
