Joseph Aaron Kelly Sr., 58, of Rock Lick, WV died on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born February 23, 1955 at Thurmond, WV he was the son of the late Melvin Lee and Margaret Ethel Blethen Kelly, Sr.. His wife, Sharon Joyce Parsons Kelly and a son, John Anthony Kelly preceded him in death Survivors include son, Joseph A. Kelly, Jr. of Charleston; three brothers, Paul Kelly, David Kelly and Jack Kelly; five sisters, Debra Withrow, Sue Brown, Kathy Kelly, Patricia Bob and Shelia Kelly and four grandchildren. Mr. Kelly was cremated. A memorial service will be on Friday, January 24, 2014 at 4:00 P.M. at the Rock Lick Baptist Church with Pastor Wayne Brown officiating.
