John F. "Rusty" Ross Iii

John "Rusty" Franklin Ross, III, 61, of Garner, NC died on Saturday, September 12, 2009 at Thomas Memorial Hospital in South Charleston, WV. Born September 22, 1947 in West Virginia he was the son of the late Beatrice "BeBe" Miller Ross and John Franklin Ross, II. Rusty was a 1965 graduate of Collins High School in Oak Hill. Survivors his include companion, Janice "Becky" Kelly of Garner; a son, John Franklin "Chip" Ross, IV and wife, Michelle of Chandler, AZ.; one daughter, Ashley Ross Brownson and husband, Shane of Wilmington, NC and a brother, David Ross of Wadsworth, OH. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Amanda, Kaitlyn and Kyle Ross all of Chandler, AZ. Services will be on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Pastor Jerry Bush officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill.
