John Duane Moore , 57, of Portland, OR died on Sunday, September 06, 2015 in Portland.
Born June 10, 1958 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, he was the son of Donald Earl Moore, Sr. of Martinsburg, WV and the late Jacqueline Dotson Spalding.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald E. Moore, Jr.
In addition to his father, Duane is survived by three daughters, Kali Moore, Tasha Moore and Sarina Moore Lee; two sisters, Jennifer Walton and husband, David and Sally Moore; brother, Richard Moore and wife, Michelle; and three grandchildren, Mason, Ryan and Layla.
Duane was cremated. Committal will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at High Lawn Memorial Park., Oak Hill, WV.
