John Arthur Middleton
John Arthur Middleton, 82, of Scarbro, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at Bowers Hospice House, Beckley.
Born October 16, 1941, at Standard, WV, he was the son of the late John Edward and Lucille (Tomlinson) Middleton.
John was a wire splicer. In his leisure, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a U.S. Navy veteran having served four years on the USS Altar Ship.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his wife, Linda Middleton; grandson, Ashton Owens; and several brothers and sisters
Those left to cherish his memory include his two daughters, Carla Middleton and Marla Gee; one sister, Lilly Legg (Paul); two grandchildren, Angel and Amber Owens; and nine great grandchildren.
Graveside service and burial will be 4:00P.M., Friday, June 7, 2024 at Middleton Family Cemetery, Victor WV with Pastor Wade Samples officiating. For those wishing to attend the service are asked to meet at the cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
