Jessie C. Stover

A great father and grandfather, Jessie C. Stover, 80, of Robson, WV died on Thursday, December 28, 2006 at CAMC - Memorial Division in Charleston, WV. Born April 30, 1926 at Robson, WV he was the son of the late Roscoe and Ola Rollins Stover. He was disabled from General Motors. Jessie was an avid hunter. His wife, Betty Lively Stover; a son, Wayne Stover; daughter, Judy Taylor; great granddaughter, Annie Dorsey; two sisters, Ora Eads and Colleen Stover and four brothers, Alfred, Ernest, Lucky and Andrew Stover preceded him in death. Survivors include two sons, Matt Stover and Michael Stover both of Robson, WV; five daughters, Debbie Elswick of Dixie, WV, Penny Flint of Robson, WV, Christine Hill of Pratt, WV, Arbutus Beaver of Robson, WV and Julie Foster of Lizemores, WV; one brother, Sherman Stover of Robson, WV; four sisters, Janie Bailey, Patsy Bailey, Katie Taylor and Mary Taylor of Loudonville, OH; seventeen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Freewill Baptist Church, Robson on Sunday, December 31, 2006 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Services will be on Sunday, December 31, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at Freewill Baptist Church in Robson. Burial will be at Settle Cemetery, Robson WV.
