Jessie Ray Smith, 5 year old son, of Michelle Lynn Toney Smith and Jonathan Joshua Smith of Oak Hill died Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Plateau Medical Center, Oak Hill. Born August 20, 2004 at Beckley, WV, he was a son of Michelle Lynn Toney Smith and Jonathan Joshua Smith. Jessie was a kindergarten student at New River Elementary School in Oak Hill and attended Shiloh Chapel in Mount Hope. Surviving besides his parents are brothers, Eric Hodge, Jr. and Joseph Smith; maternal grandparents, Rosa and David Kincaid, Michael Toney, Sr. and Cindy Toney; Lloyd Toney, Sr. and Ann Toney; paternal grandfather, Archie Smith. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Oak Hill with Rev. Juddie Buckley officiating. Burial will follow at the Bibb Cemetery, Rt. 1, Fayetteville, WV.
