Jerry Wayne Tyree, Jr. , 46, of Pratt, WV died on Monday, June 03, 2019 at Montgomery General Hospital in Montgomery, WV.
Born May 25, 1973 at Beckley, WV he was the son of Jerry Tyree, Sr. and Patty Scarbro Tyree.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving wife, Paula Blankenbeckler Tyree; children, Ashton Shepherd, Arielle Shepherd-Tyree, Timothy Tyree, Audreanna Adkins, Spencer Osborne, Rhianna Tyree and Austin Osborne; brother, David Tyree; sister, Crystal Hosey; and four grandchildren, Gage Shepherd, Adalee Jude, Damien Treadway and Victoria Treadway.
A visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home in Mount Hope on Friday, June 7, 2019 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm with cremation to follow.
