Jerry Allen Nibert

Jerry Allen Nibert, age 71 of Beards Fork, WV, passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2012 at St. Francis Hospital in Charleston, WV. Jerry was born March 4, 1941 at Beards Fork, WV, the son of the late Harry Long and Effie Reese Nibert. Jerry was a retired coal miner and proud member of the UMWA. He loved nature and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Church of God. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sons, Randy Lynn Nibert and Wayne Allen Nibert and by a half brother, Kenneth Christian. Surviving are his wife, Linda Lue Wriston Nibert of Beards Fork, WV, his two sons, Jerry L. Nibert of Beards Fork, WV and Timothy Nibert of Montgomery, WV, his daughter, Tina Lue Nibert of Dunbar, WV., his four grandchildren, Lucas Nibert, Ryan Nibert, Jordan Nibert and Abigail Nibert. Also surviving is his brother, Larry Nibert and his wife Judy of Kincaid, WV. A special thanks to the staff of St. Francis Hospital, CAMC and Dr. Ravin Bhirud for their care. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, April 1, 2012 at the Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Richard Bradley and Rev. Ralph Shupe officiating. Burial will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill. WV. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 P.M. on Saturday, March 31, 2012.
