Jean Delores Sharp

Jean Delores Vanover Sharp , 79, of Oak Hill, WV died on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at St. Francis Hospital in Charleston, WV. Born May 24, 1934 at Kingston, WV she was the daughter of the late Russell M. Vanover and Pearl M. Potter Vanover Tercheck. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Ray Sharp; daughter, Gail S. Sharp; son, Gary A. Sharp, Sr.; daughter-in-law, Teresa Y. Sharp and grandson-in-law, Matt Jones. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Darrell R. Sharp of Minden, Bill R. Sharp of Oak Hill, Michael E. Sharp and wife, Sue of Oak Hill, Annetta L. Sharp of Oak Hill, Pearl R. Sharp-Baxter and fiance Randy L. Brink of Berwick PA and Mona Cosby of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Rick Tercheck, of Oak Hill, Tim Welch and fiancee Misty Odem of Louisiana, Jessie Welch of Charlotte, NC, Linda Smith-Burnett and husband, Rick of Charlotte, NC, Gary A. Sharp, Jr. and wife, Debbie of Minden, A. Juanita Jones of Oak Hill, Tammy K. Spence of Nanticoke, PA, Scottie D. Spence and wife, Trisha of Dover, OH, Billy Humphrey and wife, Janie of Elgin, TX, Darrell R. Sharp, II and Ashley Clowser of Minden, Joshua M. Sharp and Stacey Treadway of Oak Hill, Mindi S. Sharp of Dunbar, Kristin G. Sharp of Oak Hill, Madalyn E. Brink of Hanover Twp., PA, Hunter E. Baxter of Berwick, PA and Jayden D. Brink of Berwick, PA; numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. You will forever be loved and missed. Funeral services will be on Friday, September 20, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Pastor Mike Kees officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Thursday, September 19, 2013, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
