Janet Sue Hamilton Legg , 53, of Beckley, WV died on Thursday, August 17, 2006 at Appalachian Regional Hospital in Beckley, WV. Born February 19, 1953 at Cedar Grove, WV she was the daughter of Deloris Irene West Hamilton of Oak Hill, WV and the late Edward M. Hamilton. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. A daughter, Lena Sue Legg preceded her in death. Survivors include her fiancee', Carl W. Miller; four sons, Paul M. Legg, Jr. of Oak Hill, Robert Daniel Legg of Clarmont, NC, Dencil Edward Legg and Mike W. Miller both of Beckley; three daughters, Angel Legg of Terry, Tanya Legg of Carlisle and April Miller of Beckley; two brothers, Roger Hamilton of Landsdale, PA and Ralph Hamilton of Akron, NC; three sisters, Barbara Hamilton and Deloris Ingram both of Oak Hill and Brenda Roles of Minden and eight grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Monday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Services will be on August 21, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill in Oak Hill. with Rev. Vernon R. Chittum officiating. Burial will be at Smith Cemetery, Greentown Road, Oak Hill WV.
