Jane Ennis Long, beloved wife of the late Norman Long; loving mother of Judy (Curt) Apgar and Susan (Tom) Gallo; cherished grandmother of Curt (Lori) Apgar, Jeff (Lisa) Apgar, Joe (Sarah) Gallo, Mike Gallo and Gina Gallo; great-grandmother of Eric, Jack, Andrew and Steven Apgar, died March 12, 2010, in Palos Heights, Illinois. She was born on August 13,1922 in Hemlock Hollow, Fayette County, West Virginia she was the daughter of the late Andrew Ennis and Beatrice Hicks Ennis. Janegraduated from Kingston High School in 1939 and Beckley College in 1940. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a realtor in Oak Lawn, Illinois, for many years. In addition to the family members listed above, Jane is also survived by her brother James Ennis, of Hansford, West Virginia; brother Andrew Ennis, of Hamilton, Ohio; sister Dorothy Ennis Facinoli of Adamstown, Maryland; and sister Mary Ennis Davenport of Pratt, West Virginia.. Following a visitation in Palos Heights on Sunday, graveside rites and committal service will take place at High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill, West Virginia, at 10 am on Thursday, March 18, 2010.
