James Franklin Williams , 39, of Scarbro, WV died on Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV. Born July 16, 1973 at Beckley, WV he was the son of the late Robert W. and Lorena Bernice Stearns Williams. A brother, Daniel Williams preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Beth Ann Corley Williams, two brothers, Robert M. Williams and David R. Williams both of Scarbro and a sister, Lora E. Williams of Beckley Funeral services will be on Sunday, December 30, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Scott Farnsworth officiating. Burial will be at Tyree Cemetery, Plum Orchard. Friends may call from 12:15 PM Sunday until service time at the funeral home.
