He is asleep in Jesus. James "Beech-Nut" Steven Moore Sr., 39, of Gatewood, WV died on Saturday, July 19, 2003 at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC following a short illness. Born September 18, 1963 at Hopewell, VA he was the son of James T. Moore, Jr. and Mary Scott Moore of Oak Hill. Mr. Moore was a Loader Operator/Welder for BMA Services, Oak Mt. Power, LaPlata, MD and a member of the Calvin Advent Christian Church, Gatewood, WV, He enjoyed hunting and fishing. . Survivors include his wife, Terry Hudnall Moore and a son, James Steven Moore, Jr. at home. Three sisters, Donna Marie Moore Stevens and husband, Robert Brian,Mary Jane Moore Dennler and husband, Kenny, and Betty Louise Moore Murphy and husband, Chris, all of Rt 1 Fayetteville. His aunts and uncles Rose and Geroge Holtsclaw; Carol Brown; Russell Moore; Charlie and Mary Moore; Susie and Richard Smith; Sharon Brown; Tommie and Bonnie Moore; Debbie and Bobby Sears; Penny Begley; Gary and Shirley Moore; David and Melanie Moore; Frances Scott and Greer Morgan; Ted P. and Shirley Scott; Samuel and Brenda Scott; Emory Scott; Pamela and Ricky Meadows. Several great aunts and uncles, Freida Moore Tincher; Beatrice Bullings; Joann Bullings; Margaret Bullings; Mae Cody and Russell Cody and by numerous cousins. He is also survived by his Mother and Father-in-law, Melisande and Herman Hudnall and other members of his wife's family including Kelly and Kyle Basham; Rachael Eads; Erin and Bowen Hudnall;Ben and Ingrid Hudnall ; Michael and Luke Vass; Arlene, Craig and Kay Johnson. Visistation will be Thursday, July 24, 2003 at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, WV from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral serivce will be 2:00 pm Friday, July 25th at Tyree Funeral Home with Pastor Toney Rucker and Pastor Bill Messer officiating. Burial will follow at Bibb Cemetery, Rt 1 Fayetteville. WV
