James Hillard Holley, Sr., 94, of Rt 1 Fayetteville, WV died Thursday, February 22, 2007 at the Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV. Born November 28, 1912 at Victor, WV he was the son of the late Charles Lee and Lila Jane Martin Holley. Hillard retired from Semet Solvey with 28 years service and from Westinghouse in Columbus, OH He was a member of the Crossroads Apostolic Holiness, Bradley, WV and the U.M.W.A. His first wife, Aleena Rae Neely Holley; two brothers, Hayward Holley and Herman Holley and one sister, Dola Columbe preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Mary B. Harper Coleman Holley; two sons, James Holley, Jr. and wife, Loretta of Rt 1 Fayetteville, WV and John Holley of Danville, WV; one daughter, Phyllis Cuckler and husband, Daniel of Columbus, OH; three stepsons, Tommy Joe Coleman and wife, Alice of Scarbro, WV, Jackie Lee Coleman and wife, Nadean of Pax, WV and Bobby Ray Coleman and wife, Lori of Williamsfield, OH; one step-daughter, June Dunn of Carlisle, WV; seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren; eleven step grandchildren and seven step great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Saturday, February 24, 2007, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be on Sunday, February 25, 2007 at 3:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Jimmy Miller and Rev. Roger Frye officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill, WV.
