James Edward Donell

James Edward Donell, 76, of Pax, WV died on Friday, February 29, 2008 at his home. Born February 21, 1932 at Willis Branch, WV he was the son of the late Clarence and Flossie Mae Kidd Donell. He was a retired coal mine Tippleman. Brothers, Bob Donell, Joe Donell and Bill Donell and sisters, Maxine Leinback, Linda Foster and Jessie Deal preceded him in death. Survivors include two sisters, Naomi Lively of Beckley, WV and Susan Lafferty and husband, Jim of Stanaford, WV; three brothers, Doug Donell and wife, Sharon of Pax, WV, Roy Donell and wife Sue of Lester, WV and Johnny Donell of Louisana, several nieces and nephews and a host of friends and relatives. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Monday, March 3, 2008 at Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope. Burial will be at Pax Community Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, March 2, 2008 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Marty Bailey, Mark Donell, Steve Donell, David Donell and Eugene Derringer.
