James Jerry Cole

James Jerry Cole , 38, of Fayetteville, WV died on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Braxton County Hospital in Gassaway, WV from injuries received on the job. Born August 30, 1975 at Summersville, WV he was the son of James J. Cole, Sr. and his wife, Connie Ayers Cole of Winona, WV and and Cheryl Crookshank Keppinger of Mt. Lookout, WV. He was an Electrician for Southern Electric. James was a graduate of Nicholas County High School in Summersville and was a US Marine Corps veteran. In addition to his parents, James is survived by his wife, Shaunna May Chornsbay Cole; one son, Braden Cole and two daughters, Julianna Cole and Jalyne Cole all at home. He is also survived by three sisters, Hope Nichols and husband, Brian of Mt. Lookout, Dainelle Lambert and husband, Jerry of Fairdale and Charity Cole of Winona and two brothers, Robert Sparks of Mt. Lookout and Rodney Nutter of Oak Hill. Funeral services will be on Saturday, July 5, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Pastor John Jordan officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home. In keeping with his wishes, James will be cremated following the service.
