Jackie Stephan Weeks , 75, of Mount Hope, WV formerly of Pax, WV passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Beckley, WV.
Born September 02, 1945 at Pax, WV he was the son of the late Jack Weeks and Madge Aliff Weeks Humphrey and stepson of the late Bentley Humphrey.
Jackie graduated from Mount Hope High School in 1964. He was a welder and dozer operator.
A daughter, Lori preceded him in death.
Survivors include brother, Kenny Hubbard of Kentucky; sister, Jill Canterbury and husband Pat of Pax; children, Moon, Angela, Jason and Jo Lynn; as well as good friends, Brandy, Robert and Raymond.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope. Burial will follow at Pax Community Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
While masks are not required you might consider wearing one before entering the building as we all attempt to stop the spread of COVID 19.
