Jackie Lee Coleman , 72, of Scarbro, WV died on Tuesday, October 09, 2012 at his home. Born April 02, 1940 at Charleston, WV he was the son of the late Azel Omer and Lillian Billings Coleman. He was raised by the late Roby and Iva E. Underwood Billings of Pax. He was a retired coal miner having worked as a drill operator. Jackie was a member of the Maple Fork Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Nadine Hale Coleman, one son, Donald Coleman of St. Mary's, two daughters, Lowanna Ellison and husband, Mike of Pax and Tammy Mowell and husband, Johnny of Pax, siblings, Tommy Joe Coleman and wife, Alice of Scarbro, June Dunn of Beckley, Billie Crouse of Beckley, Peggy Plumley and husband, Charles of Beckley, Nancy Kubasek of Oregon, OH, Roby Wayne Billings and wife, Sheron of Hammond, IN, Alice Holdren of Whiting, IN and Bobby Coleman of Ohio. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Friday, October 12, 2012 at 8:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Mount Hope with Rev. Jim Bowyer officiating. Friends may call from 6:00 PM until service time on Friday at the funeral home. Mr. Coleman will be cremated following the service.
