Howard R. King

He was loved by all who knew him and never met a stranger. Howard Roy King, 50, of Page, WV died on Monday, June 04, 2007 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV of an apparent heart attack. Born March 21, 1957 at Montgomery, WV he was the son of Patricia Gladys Radford King of Robson, WV and the late Howard Royal King. He was a construction worker for Greg Hurley Construction. Mr. King attended the Robson Freewill Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Lisa Gaye Johnston King; two daughters, Faith Ann Ellison and husband, Travis Lane of Page, WV and Mary Beth Sizemore and husband, Dennis Allen of Beckley, WV; stepson, Anthony Scott Ramsey of Page, WV; one brother, Joshua Matthew King and wife, Ashley Nicole of Oak Hill, WV and five sisters, Deloris Nadine Jensen of Robson, WV, Marie Settle and husband, Calvin of Robson, WV, Eva Franklin and husband, Rusty of Oak Hill, WV, Lisa Manley and husband, Sanford of Beards Fork, WV and Rebecca Carol King of Montgomery, WV. Also surviving are a grandson, Tyler Lane Ellison, a granddaughter, Bethany Marie Sizemore and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be on Saturday, June 9, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at the Robson Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Hurley officiating. Burial will be at Settle Cemetery at Mulberry WV. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Friday, June 8, 2007, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
