Born September 25, 1925 at Oak Hill, WV he was the son of the late George W. and Minne Smith Toney. Funeral services will be on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Pastor Lum Toney officiating. Burial will be at Bibb Cemetery, Gatewood.
