Hester Boggs Bonham

Hester Boggs Ball Bonham, 88, of Lewisburg, WV formerly of Charleston, WV died on Monday, February 16, 2004 at her home in Lewisburg, WV. Born July 31, 1915 at Greenbrier County, WV she was the daughter of the late Judson P. and Lenora May Walker Ball. Mrs. Bonham was of the Methodist faith and was a retired secretary for Bonham Special Delivery Company of Charleston. She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Bonham in 1983, a daughter, Barbara Jean Camden and a brother, Roy A. Ball. Survivors include grandchildren: Barbara Dee McMillion of Fairlea; Whitney Paris Huber of Salem, VA; and Richard Wayne Gilbert of Tyler, TX. Stepbrother: Daniel Sibert of Winchester, VA; by 4 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren and by several close cousins and nephews. There will be no visitation. Graveside rites and committal will be on Thursday, February 19, 2004 at 2:00 pm at High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill with Rev. David Sneed officiating. Burial will follow High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the charity of your choice in memory of Hester.
