Helen V. Greer

Helen Victoria Campbell Greer, 90, of Kilsyth, WV died on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV following a long illness. Born December 28, 1915 at Iron Gate, VA she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Henry and Martha McDaniels Campbell. Mrs. Greer was a member of the Kilsyth Free Will Baptist Church and a homemaker. Her husband, Eugene W. Greer; two sons, Larry W. and Robert E. Greer, a granddaughter, Bobbi Jean Greer and two sisters, Ruby Haynes and Rosa Shutt preceded her in death. Survivors include four daughters, Patricia Pino and husband, Pat, of Oak Hill, WV, Helen Urban and husband, Jack, of York, PA, Carol Billups and husband, Bruce, of Beckley, WV and Donna Fitzwater and husband, Randy, of Crab Orchard, WV; thirteen grandchildren, thirty four great grandchildren and ten great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope on Thursday, March 16, 2006, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Services will be on Friday, March 17, 2006, at 2:00 P.M. at Kilsyth Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Peters officiating. Burial will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity WV.
