H. Thomas "Tom" Toney

Harold Thomas "Tom" Toney, 97, of Oak Hill, WV died on Wednesday, November 08, 2006 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born December 26, 1908 at Dothan, WV he was the son of the late John Pad and Alice S. Kessler Toney. He was a retired guard for the Virginia Railroad. Three brothers, Huey, F. Toney, Charles Ronald Toney and Kenneth Toney and four sisters, Sarah Toney, Winnie Kraft, Ocie Osborne and Clara Ingram preceded him in death. Survivors include a sister, Juanita Toney of Ansted, WV; several nieces and nephews and his special friend and caregiver, Betty Arcudia of Oak Hill. Mr. Toney has been cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
