Gretna Johnson

Gretna Calentha Wriston Johnson, 82, of Scarbro, WV died on Tuesday, December 23, 2003 at Hilltop Healthcare Center in Hilltop, WV following a long illness. Born May 16, 1921 at Kincaid, WV she was the daughter of the late Grover and Minnie Darlington Wriston. Mrs. Johnson was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Myles "Pete" Johnson SONS: Grover Johnson and wife, June, of Scarbro Allen Johnson and wife, Jane, of Virginia Beach, VA Tom Johnson and wife, JoAnn, of Norfolk, VA Butch Johnson and wife, Judy, of Oak Hill DAUGHTERS: Kay Cox and husband, Calvin, of Hinton Susie Johnson and companion, Kenny, of Scarbro SISTER: Opal Quesenberry and husband, Tom, of Oak Hill 17 grandchildren 20 great grandchildren Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home on Saturday, December 27, 2003, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Services will be on Sunday, December 28, 2003 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Bill Menefee officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV.
