Grace Mae Gibson

Grace Mae Gibson,93, of Sun, WV died Wednesday, November 24, 2004 at Hilltop Health Care Center, Hilltop after a long illness. She was born May 23, 1911 at Pocahontas, Virginia, a daughter of the late Josh Green and Mamie Wilson Green Hawkins. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ at Hilltop. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Gibson, Sr., infant son, William Gibson, Jr., three brothers, George, John and Fred Green, two sisters, Annie Saunders and Minnie Eder. Survivors include a daughter, Athelene Dick and husband, Jesse Dick of Sun, one brother, Robert Green of Hilltop, two grandchildren, Jessie, Dick, Jr. and Penny of Poca, Mark Dick and Patricia of Oak Hill. Services 2:00 PM Friday, November 26, 2004 at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Hill with Rev. Jessie Parker officiating. Friends may call Friday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM.
