Born November 28, 1958 at Landisburg, WV he was the son of the late Owen Shirley and Annie Laurie Parrish Ballengee.
Brothers, Roy D. Ballengee, Ralph Dennis Ballengee, Larry Dixon Ballengee, and sister, Drema Ballengee preceded him in death.
Survivors include brothers, Owen Arnold Ballengee of Page, and Herbert Ballengee of Charleston; sisters, Susan Smith of Hurricane and Deborah Thomas of Page
In accordance with his wishes, Glenn will be cremated. There will be no visitation or service.
