Glen Ray Comer, 60, of Cannelton, WV died on Friday, June 06, 2008 at Montgomery General Hospital in Montgomery, WV. Born December 27, 1947 at Raleigh County, WV he was the son of the late Dale Woodrow Comer and Opal Margie Runion Comer Whittington and stepson of the late William Fred Whittington. Glen was of the Apostolic Holiness faith. Survivors include three brothers, Jimmy Henson of Mullens, Charles Comer of Oak Hill and Roger Comer of Oak Hill; half brothers, Frankie Runion of Oak Hill and Glen Whittington of Oak Hill and two half sisters, Sue Myers of Anthony, FL and Wanda Popovich of Alexandria, VA Graveside rites and committal services will be on Thursday, June 12, 2008 at 11:30 A.M. at the Settle Cemetery in Robson. with Rev.Bobby Ayers, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Thursday, June 12, 2008 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
