Gladys M. Phelps

Gladys Mae Bowman Phelps, 83, of Eccles, WV died on Saturday, December 16, 2006 at Willow Bay Personal Care Home in Oak Hill, WV. Born February 04, 1923 at Dunbar, WV she was the daughter of the late Lon and Nellie Louise Dockery Bowman. She was a retired Book Binder. Her husband, Harold Eugene Phelps preceded her in death. Survivors include one son, Scott Gene Phelps of Fayette County, WV; one brother, Earl Gene Bowman of Mexico and one grandchild. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope, WV on Wednesday, December 20, 2006, from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM. Rev. Dean Adams will officiate the services on December 20, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope, WV with cremation to follow.
