Gladys Edith Kincaid Holley , 89, of Lively, WV died on Monday, February 20, 2012 at Summers County Appalachian Regional Hospital in Hinton, WV. Born July 02, 1922 at Horse Creek, WV she was the daughter of the late Charles H. and Susan Williams Kincaid. Mrs. Holley was a member of the Laurel Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Lively and was a homemaker. She had spent the last four months residing at the Rocking Chair Resident Care in Lerona. Her husband, Tracey E. Holley, son, Larry A. Holley, and daughter, Carol Markham preceded her in death. As the last surviving member of her immediate family, Gladys was preceded in death by a sister, Thelma Boggs and a brother, Delbert Kincaid. Survivors include two sons, Bill Holley and wife, Joann of Myrtle Beach, SC and Bobby Holley and wife, Gracie of Pax, two daughters, Connie Turner and husband, Gary of Bristol, VA and Cathy Keaton and husband, Bob of Jumping Branch and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Mount Hope with her grandson Pastor Doug Holley and Pastor Harry Miller officiating. Burial will be at Holley Cemetery, Paint Creek Road, Mossy. Friends may call two hours prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
