Gerald Milton Kincaid, Sr.

Gerald Milton Kincaid, Sr. , 85, of Redstar, WV died on Wednesday, May 09, 2012 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV. Born November 25, 1926 at Kathryn, WV he was the son of the late Roland R. and Ollie Mae Smith Kincaid. He was a retired CSX Railroad Engineer. Mr. Kincaid was a member of the Harvey United Methodist Church. He was a member of of the Brotherhood of Railroad Engineers and worked with the Fayette County REACT for 34 years. A son-in-law, Larry Rice preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Mary Katherine Combs Kincaid, one son, Rev. Gerald Milton Kincaid, Jr. and wife, Annette of Ansted, and four daughters, Barbara Scott and husband, Frank of Bluffton, SC, Linda Fisher and husband, David of Bluffton, SC, Beverly Rice of Huntington, Teresa McCallister and husband, Randy of Maple Fork. He is also survived by sister-in-law, Elizabeth Vance and husband, Archie of Fayetteville, special cousin Mary Ann DeWeese of Hometown, sixteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Toni Beecher officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Friday, May 11, 2012 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
