Gerald A. "Jerry" Caldwell, Jr.,35, of Oak Hill , WV died Friday, August 17, 2007, at his home following a short illness. Born July 3, 1972 at Beckley, WV he was the son of Shelia Wriston Caldwell of Carlisle, WV and the late Gerald Aaron Caldwell, Sr. Jerry was employed by Kingston Resources. Survivors include his wife, Amy Brown Caldwell; two sons, Gregory and Gerrid Caldwell of Oak Hill, WV; his mother, Shelia Wriston Caldwell and step father, Bob Pack of Carlisle, WV; a sister, Lisa Tyree and husband, Derrick of Fayetteville, WV; a step brother, Phillip Pack and wife, Kelley of Ansted, WV; paternal grandmother, Robetta Bragg Caldwell of Carlisle, WV; step grandfather, Jim Bob Pack of Ansted, WV and mother-in-law, Lana Pittman of Fayetteville, WV. Service will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 21, 2007, at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Hill with Rev. Steve Hysell officiating. Entombment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Prosperity, WV. Friends may call from 6:00 until 9:00 PM Monday, August 20, 2007,at the funeral home.
