Georgia V. Jones

Georgia Vann Martin Jones, 41, of Oak Hill, WV died on Monday, June 12, 2006 at Appalachian Regional Hospital in Beckley, WV following an extended illness. Born October 21, 1964 at Oak Hill, WV she was the daughter of the late Harry and Ida Shockey Martin. Georiga was an avid bingo player in Fayetteville, Oak Hill and Bradley. Survivors include one daughter, Brandy Renee Jones of Oak Hill; one grandson, Jacob Bowyer; two brothers, Clarence Lee Martin and Harry Wayne Martin both of Oak Hill; three sisters, Joann Cox of Louisburg, NC, Dorothy Dilley of Shepersville, KY and Linda Sears of Minden and by a special niece, Carla Ervin; Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Wednesday, June 14, 2006, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Services will be on Thursday, June 15, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Jessie Parker officiating. Burial will be at Huse Memorial Park, Fayetteville WV.
