Gary R. Lilly

Gary R. Lilly, 51, of Beckley, WV died on Thursday, April 15, 2004 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV following a long illness. Born October 07, 1952 in West Virginia he was the son of Margaret Wills Lilly Hughart of Oak Hill and the late Arlie D. Lilly, Sr. Mr. Lilly was a self employed carpenter and he served in the US Marine Corps. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Arlie D. Lilly Jr. and Terry G. Lilly. Survivors include his wife, Pamela Carter Lilly; son, Jeremy B. Lilly of Knoxville, TN; daughter, Sarah Ann Lilly of Knoxville, TN; brother, Jarrell Lilly of Conover, NC; sisters, Diann Cline of Fayetteville, Donna Turner of Oak Hill, Debbie Tygrett of Fayetteville. Visitation will be Saturday, April 17, 2004, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill. Funeral service will be Sunday, April 18, 2004 at 2:00 pm at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Basham officiating. Burial will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill with military graveside rites by VFW Post #3110, Oak Hill.
