Gary L. Hostetter

Gary Layne Hostetter, 63, of Oak Hill, WV died on Sunday, January 14, 2007 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born December 30, 1943 at Oak Hill, WV he was the son of the late Phillip Reese and Effie Mildred Lee Hostetter. He was a disabled Nuclear Quality Assurance Inspector. Gary was a graduate of the Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa, OK and a member of the Loyal Order of Moose. He was a US Army veteran. A brother, Richard Wayne Hostetter preceded him in death. Survivors include three daughters, Terri Dahlgren of Aiken, SC, Traci Hostetter of Seaford, DE and Toni Hostetter of Key West, FL; his ex-wife and caregiver, Judith Cramer of Lincoln, DE; four brothers, Phillip Hostetter of Charleston, WV, Alan Hostetter of Columbus, OH, Rodney Hostetter of Oak Hill, WV and Gerald Hostetter of Scarbro, WV; one sister, Sylvia Hager of Ironton, OH and a grandson, Jeffrey Joseph Hostetter of Lincoln, DE. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Thursday, January 18, 2007, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Services will be on Friday, January 19, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Jackie Pittman officiating. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill WV with military graveside rites by VFW Post #3110.
