Gary Garden, Sr.

Gary Wayne Garden, Sr. 57, of Oak Hill, WV died on Saturday, December 18, 2004 at his home following a long illness. Born July 10, 1947 at Oak Hill, WV he was the son of Garnett Gaither Garden of Oak Hill, WV and the late Nicholas D. Garden. Mr. Garden was formerly employed by the G.C. Murphy Company and had been disabled for some time. He was a 1965 graduate of Collins High School and attended the Jones Avenue First Church fo God, Oak Hill. Survivors include a son, Gary W. Garden, II of French Creek, WV; a daughter, Tara Donnen of Buchannon, WV; sisters: Linda Curtis of Virginia Beach, VA and Becky Corbin of Ashland, OH and by two grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, WV on Wednesday, December 22, 2004, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. Services will be on Wednesday, December 22, 2004, at 2:00 pm at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Richard Bradley officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV.
