Gail Virginia Leffel Samuels , 80, of Oak Hill, WV died on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV. Born September 21, 1932 at Pax, WV she was the daughter of the late Junior H. "Dutch" and Mary Sweeney Leffel. She was a homemaker and a Protestant. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Lee Samuels; sister, Lola Madge and brothers, Harold Leffel, Jr. and Larry Leffel. Survivors include sisters, Dorothy Samuels of Hampton, VA and Sharon Massey of Oak Hill; brother, Billy Leffel and wife, Linda of Oak Hill; sisters-in-law, Linda Leffel and Yvonne Leffel of Oak Hill and dear friend, Jim Riser. Graveside rites and committal service will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, September 20, 2013 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Prosperity with Bob Creed officiating. Burial will follow.
