Freda Jane Williams Tench Coy

Freda Jane Williams Tench Coy, 87, of Mount Hope, WV, died Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at her home. Born January 19, 1927 at Mount Hope, she was the last surviving child of Stewart and Hattie Harmon Williams. Freda was preceded in death by her husbands, Boyce R. Tench and Clarence R. Coy; four sisters, Dorsey, Opal, Mable and Margaret; two brothers, Tody and Ray. She is survived by nieces and nephews. Special thanks to her friend, John Creed, and also to her caregivers and Hospice of Southern West Virginia. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P. M. Saturday at Tyree Funeral Home in Mount Hope with Rev. Bill Bennett officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity.
