Freda Edith Kirk Massey

A life-long resident of Paint Creek, Freda Edith Kirk Johnson Massey , 60, of Collinsdale, WV went to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV. Born October 03, 1950 at Huntington, WV she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Bessie Edith Grover Kirk. Mrs. Massey attended the Burnwell Church of the Nazarene and was a homemaker. Her husband, Larry Paul Massey preceded her in death. Her only daughter, Debra Ann Massey also preceded her on September 7, 2011. Survivors include two grandsons, Mark Clyburn , Jr. and companion, Paula Bryan of Brooksville, FL and Larry T. Dean of Collinsdale and two great grandchildren, Jadie Clyburn and Mark W. Clyburn, III brother of Brooksville, FL. Freda was loved and will be deeply missed by all of her enormous family. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Kevin Witcher officiating. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill.
