Franklin John Thewes

Franklin John Thewes , 79, of Oak Hill, WV died on Friday, March 22, 2013 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV. Born August 09, 1933 at Minden, WV he was the son of the late Ernest and Mary Voholetz Thewes. He was a retired Inspector for Chrysler Corporation and a member of the U.A.W. Mr. Thewes was a US Army veteran. Survivors include one sister, Mary Ann Schueller and husband, Karl of Youngstown, OH and a brother, Ernest Andrew Thewes of Michigan. Funeral services will be on Monday, March 25, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Father Paul Yuenger officiating. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home.
