Frank Casey , Jr. 65, of Ansted, WV formerly of Phelps, KY died on Friday, March 04, 2011 at Ansted Center in Ansted, WV. Born July 08, 1945in Pike County, KY he was the son of the late Frank and Dora Daugherty Casey. Brothers, Butch, Sid, Fonzo, Earlin and Avery Lewis Casey, and sisters, Donna May Blankenship, Sylvia Coleman and Joann Hurley preceded him in death.
