Frances Ann Marshall

Frances Ann Parker Marshall, 45, of Oak Hill passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV

Born August 10, 1978 in Birmingham, AL  she was the daughter of the late Frankie and Dora Bryant Parker.

Frances was a homemaker and her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family especially her nieces and nephews.

Those left to cherish her wonderful memory include her loving husband, Dwayne Marshall; 2 daughters, Kristin Marshall and Sierra Selene; 1 grandchild; sister, Tammy Noel; brother, Anthony Schmidt; and nieces and nephews.

Visitation for friends will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM Noon Monday, September 4, 2023 at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill. following the visitation she will be cremated.
