Frances Kathleen Dickens

Frances Kathleen Dickens, 30, of Beckley, WV passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at her home. Born July 6, 1982 in Charleston, WV she was the daughter of Carol Jean Pettry Dickens Scarbrough of Sandlick, WV and the late Clifford Dickens and stepdaughter of Lewis Scarbrough of Sandlick. In addition to her mother and stepfather she is survived by the joy of her life, her son Joseph Dickens, brother Carlos (Kim) Dickens, half sister Tracy Westfall, grandmothers Janet Pettry and Frances Dickens, 2 nieces, 1 nephew, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and best friend Susie Ewing. She was preceded in death by a grandmother Mary Kathleen Pettry and grandfathers Carlos Pettry, and Clinton Dickens. Graveside rites and committal service will be held at the McGinnis Cemetery in Rock Creek, WV on Sunday, July 15th 2012 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Jeffrey Milam Sr. officiating. All cars are asked to park at the Rock Creek Community Church. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers donations should be made to Frances's mother, Carol Jean Scarbrough for funeral expenses.
