Florence Srednicki Bias

Florence Srednicki Bias, 66, of Oak Hill, WV died on Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV following a long illness. Born June 22, 1939 at Fayette County, WV she was the daughter of the late John Joseph Srednicki, Sr. and Mary Regina Duda Srednicki. She was retired from the WV Job Service with 47 years service. Florence was a member of the SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Oak Hill, WV. She was also a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and WV I.A.P.E.S. Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Thomas "Tom" Bias; one sister, Mary Magdalene Srednicki of Charleston, WV; four brothers, John Srednicki, Jr. and wife, Drema, of Gatewood, WV Peter "Piot" Srednicki and wife, Linda, of Hilltop, WV, Edward "Borshik" Srednicki and wife, Diane, of Beckley, WV and Paul Srednicki and wife, Barbara, of Oak Hill, WV. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, WV on Friday, July 15, 2005, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:45 PM and Prayer Service at 8:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, July 16, 2005, at 10:00 A.M. at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Oak Hill with Father John P. McDonough officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV. Pallbearers will be Paul Srednicki, Edward Srednicki, John Srednicki, Peter Srednicki, Aaron Srednicki and Brandon Srednicki.
