Fields Young, Sr.

Fields Foscoe Young, Sr., 79, of Independence, VA died Wednesday, January 21, 2004, at the home of his stepdaughter, Dana, in Fayetteville, WV. He was born on May 12, 1924 in Grayson County, VA he was the son of the late Harvey Alexander and Betty Moss Young. Mr. Young was a retired gas station owner. He was a World War II US Navy veteran. He is also survived by his wife, Helen Zamiela Young. Service will be a Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home, 128 Masonic Avenue, Independence, VA later in the week.
